投資者832萬購東涌東環套3房海景戶
近日中美貿易戰再度升溫,對樓市影響較為輕微,買家入市意欲依然高企,普遍業主叫價態度仍硬,只有少數業主提早沽貨止賺。

原業主於2015年1月以670.5萬元買入單位,持貨逾4年,帳面獲利161.5萬元,升值約24%。
